Elder Nathaniel Banks is the Founder and CEO of “I Am Somebody Ministries”, a faith-based life adjustment program for people who are hurting as a result of life controlling problems. Ministries of the I Am Somebody Ministries include Iron Sharpens Iron and the Swan House, a transitional home for women. He is active in an around Cincinnati Ohio. From serving at the City Gospel Mission, to being a member and Elder at Refreshing Springs Church his passion is to see lives changed and renewed for the better. Elder Banks serves as the team lead for the Refreshing Springs Outreach Evangelistic Team. He is proudly married to Minister Ramona Banks.

Minister Ramona Banks has been a member of Refreshing Springs for five and a half years. She is a mighty prayer warrior and intercessor. Minister Banks loves to adorn the house of God with beautiful floral arrangements and decor. Currently she serves as a Bible School Teacher, Altar Call Worker and leads the Senior Citizens Ministry which includes ministering at Maple Knoll Village (a senior citizen home). In addition, Minister Banks is the team lead for the Women's Evangelistic Team. 

Minister Banks is the Co- founder of the Swan House, a transitional home for women. She has been an outstanding employee of 22 years at Children’s Hospital where she is a Surgical Technologist. She is happily married to Elder Nathanial Banks.
